personal
information

Your personal information mandatory for our response will be acquired to (i) select and screen your application for the position at MPI, (ii)answer your inquiries for our services to be provided, and (iii) answer the other inquiries from you. Your personal information acquired will never be used for any other purposes than the aforementioned.

Please note we do not acquire any personal information in such a manner that would not be recognised by you, for instance, by using cookies.

Your personal information will not be provided to third parties unless (i) you have authorised us to do so, or (ii) we are required to do so by legally binding obligations.

MPI may use data out of your personal information jointly among M3, Inc. and its subsidiaries as well as affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as the `M3 Group Companies') for the purpose of information on the services provided by each of the M3 group companies,information provision / contact, business negotiations, and response to your request / inquiry.

When data out of your personal information is jointly used among the M3 Group Companies, the items of the personal data used jointly,the scope of the joint users, the purpose for which the personal data is used by them, and the name of the individual or business operation responsible for the management of the personal data is, in advance, notified to you.

Within the scope necessary for the achievement of the Purpose of Utilisation, your personal information acquired may be entrusted to an individual or a business operator (hereinafter referred to as the `Third Parties'). Upon selection of each of the Third Parties in such a case, the Third Parties have provided the written consent to MPI Confidentiality Policy.

It's up to you whether or not you provide your personal information with us. We may not be able to receive our services such as answering your inquiry or contacting you in case you decided to refrain from provision of your personal information.

Upon your request to notify the purpose of our use, disclose, correct / add / delete the data, discontinue of our use, eliminate, discontinue provision to the Third Parties or records on provision to the Third Parties of your personal information (hereinafter referred as to the`Disclosure, etc.'), we will conduct an internal survey and reply to you in an immediate manner.

Please contact Personal Information Protection Management Office via one of the methods below:

a. A copy of either (i) your driver's license, (ii) passport, (iii) My Number Card, or (iv) Resident's Ledge Card, etc. with a photo (with the printed name and address of the person requesting us for the Disclosure, etc. within the valid period)

b. A copy of Residence Registry (generated within 30 days prior to your request for the Disclosure, etc.)
Remarks: When a copy of My Number Card is submitted, please mask (i) Individual Number, (ii) Sex, and (iii) Wish to Donate Organs.
Remarks: MPI will notify you of the method to submit your Identification.

Your proxy is required to submit (A) Identification of proxy, (B) a letter of proxy (with your registered seal stamped), and (C) the seal registration certification of proxy in addition to the aforementioned.

Remarks: When the legal representative makes the request, a document explaining the relationship between you and the legal representative (e.g., a copy of family register / extract of family register with the relationship printed, the registration certificate, etc.)

In case your request was declined, we will send a letter stating so. Your personal information you have provided to request the Disclosure, etc, will be handled within the range of our response to the said request.
